Weekly Planning

When we have identified our tasks for the week ahead, we now want to allocate time for each tasks into our weekly schedule:
1. Estimate the time you need
2. Schedule the highest priority items
3. Consider when you’re most effective
4. Treat this scheduled work as you would a meeting or appointment
5. Look at your unscheduled time – this gives you flexibility.
This is good practice for maintaining effective time management.
